New Years resolution is good, at least, you’ve got a list of things that you want to accomplish. Just like in starting a business, having a written business plan is considered a sound business practice and is a good start.

Those numbers seemed skewed a little high to me. When someone puts off all their bad habits, or all the things they should be doing, exercising, 5 different steps of money management etc… its hard to believe to many will accomplish such sweeping change. Now changing one or 2 things for the new year seens more reasonable and attainable.

I always try to make a new years resolution, just not everything I need to change.

I agree that SUPPORT is very important in dealing with debt and finances.

Some call them “money buddies”. Finances are an emotionally charged subject and I’ve heard from many readers that their spouse “won’t get on board” with their plans to improve their situation.

In this case a friend or relative is necessary.

Some are reluctant to reveal their exact financial numbers to anyone and that’s OK. Don’t reveal exact numbers but perhaps reveal which debt you are working on or what problems you may be having.

Get a money buddy…it works!
