Proper sleep and relaxation to relieve stress and recharge your body is very important and it is unfortunate that with the kind of busy lifestyles we lead today we do not find time to do either.There are diets and pills for weight loss but their use may not be &#039;healthy&#039; for your body. It has to be a lifestyle amendment, like it or not. There are no quick fixes.
