This is one for the books: Rendezvous, the hit underground band with the phenomenal jazz electropop EP, is now prepared to wow the world with their first album!

Back in 2004, the electropop jazz band Rendezvous released their first EP. Like any good song, the EP has touched both fans and musicians all across the world, yielding thousands of downloads in just a short span of time.
Considering the huge success of the band’s first song, the band immediately went to work on their first album. Hagai Izenberg and Itai Simon, the two members of Rendezvous, focused on a versatile electronica and jazz groove that appeals to everyone.
Rendezvous’ songs were inspired by acid jazz influences of the sixties, portrayed in a modern electropop rendition. For their very first album, they thought of including a full string orchestra, different Asian instruments such as the darbuka, and many other surprises that added even more flair to the already popular underground band.
Going mainstream is no easy task; however, Rendezvous is currently working with a well-known producer and mixer, David Bascombe. Bascombe, a veteran in the field of music, has worked with many impressive music artists, such as Kylie Minogue, Korn, Moby, Placebo, and Natalie Imbruglia, to name a few.
Rendezvous’ first album is expected to make a huge splash in both electronica and jazz circles. Their music, unlike other experimental grooves, is truly easy to listen to. More and more people find themselves hooked to their music, even after listening to just a few strains of one of their songs.

Their previous songs are available for download at www.rendezvousmusic.co.uk. Try listening to “So What”, “Incognito”,and “No Man’s Land” to get an idea about the kind of music Rendezvous has to offer.
Their debut album is, no doubt, going to be even more successful than their previous EP. For a sneak preview on their debut album tracks, check out their official YouTube channel, http://www.youtube.com/user/OfficialRendezvous.
